Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Kick off your visit on the 8th (Fri): pause for some serene contemplation at Marian Kirkko, examine the collection at Museum of Aviation, contemplate the waterfront views at Huutjarvi Lake, then step off the mainland to explore Lehman, and finally head off the coast to Varissaari - Fort Elisabeth. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: look for all kinds of wild species at Niivermaki Nature Conservation Area and then take in the pleasant sights at Ankkapurha Culture Park.
