Kemi Church is a Finnish Evangelical Lutheran church of the Diocese of Oulu. The church is located in the centre of the town of Kemi in Northern Finland.
The Gothic Revival building was designed by architect Josef Stenbäck and it was completed in 1902.
The building was renovated in 2003.

  • Really beautiful church building and surroundings! Never went inside but would recommend taking a look if you are nearby. It was nice to take a walk around.  more »
  • The church emerges above the other dwellings and is clearly visible in the distance. The architecture of the facades is interesting, nothing particularly in the interiors. Worth the visit only if you are passing through.

  • We were very disappointed the church was closed. Liked the look of the exterior and thought the graves for the soldiers was very respectful and the gardens very well maintained.
  • Unfortunately, it was closed... I think it can no longer be visited.
