Start off your visit on the 25th (Thu): head outdoors with Lake Inari, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church, then get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour, and finally relax in the rural setting at Tuula's Reindeer. An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 29th (Mon), see the interesting displays at Santa's House of Snowmobiles, make a trip to Santa Claus Village, and then see exotic creatures in open habitats at a safari tour.
