Porvoo, one of Finland's oldest and prettiest towns, boasts cobbled streets, famous red-brick warehouses, and a charming river.
Start off your visit on the 4th (Fri): take in the pleasant sights at Telegrafberget, explore and take pictures at Savijarvi Gard Manor, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Jarvenpaan kirkko, then take in the dramatic natural features at Hiidenkirnut, and finally tour the pleasant surroundings at Fredrika Runebergs Park. On the next day, take in nature's colorful creations at Eijas Garden, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Church of Ruotsinpyhtaa, then pause for some serene contemplation at St Michael Church, and finally step off the mainland to explore Kaunissaari.

Although predominately an industrial town, Imatra boasts a long and impressive history of tourism, largely owing to its fierce rapids, considered to have been Finland's first ever tourist attraction.
Kick off your visit on the 9th (Wed): pause for some serene contemplation at Ruokolahden Kirkko, make a trip to Ruokolahden Kellotapuli, take in the dramatic natural features at Kummakivi Boulder, then steep yourself in history at Detachment Kuhlmey, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Church of St. Nicholas.
