Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Start off your visit on the 2nd (Thu): get in on the family fun at Vaski Adventure Island, step into the grandiose world of Turku Castle, then pause for some serene contemplation at Martinkirkko, and finally gain insight at Turku Cathedral. On the 3rd (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the landscape on two wheels at Bike Rental - by Carfield, then let the kids burn off some steam at Adventure Park, then stroll around Kupittaa Park, and finally explore the striking landscape of Kurjenrahka National Park.

Porvoo

Porvoo, one of Finland's oldest and prettiest towns, boasts cobbled streets, famous red-brick warehouses, and a charming river.
On the 4th (Sat), stroll around Runeberg Park, appreciate the extensive heritage of Castle Hill, admire the landmark architecture of Cathedral of Porvoo, then examine the collection at Porvoo Doll and Toy Museum, and finally take in the dramatic natural features at Hiidenkirnut. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: steep yourself in history at The Runeberg Home, examine the collection at Porvoo Museum/Holm House, then make a trip to Porvoo Old Town, and finally enjoy the sea views from Söderskärin majakka.
