An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 4th (Sun): get curious at Pilke Science Centre, then get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then see Santa Claus Office, and finally make a trip to Santa Claus Village. Keep things going the next day: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Rovaniemi Church, see exotic creatures in open habitats at a safari tour, and then get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus.
