Espoo

— 7 nights
Espoo is the second largest city and municipality in Finland. Take a break from the city and head to Nuuksio National Park and Aurinkolahti Beach. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Hietaranta Beach and Ullanlinna. Get out of town with these interesting Espoo side-trips: Helsinki (Korkeasaaren Elaintarha, Katajanokka, &more) and Sipoonkorven Kansallispuisto (in Vantaa). There's still lots to do: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Kallio Church, get a new perspective on nature at Natural History Museum (Luonnontieteellinen Museo), take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of St Henry, and get engrossed in the history at The National Museum of Finland.

To find more things to do, reviews, photos, and other tourist information, go to the Espoo day trip planning website.
