Kick off your visit on the 6th (Sat): take in the spiritual surroundings of Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Rock Church, then browse the exhibits of Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum, then steep yourself in history at Fortress of Suomenlinna, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Helsinki Cathedral. When traveling from Inari in October, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Tampere: temperatures range from 45°F by day to 33°F at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Thu) to allow enough time to take a train to Turku.

Start off your visit on the 11th (Thu): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St Henry's Ecumenical Art Chappel, then enjoy the sand and surf at Ispoinen Beach and Sauna, then pause for some serene contemplation at Archangel Michael's church, and finally step into the grandiose world of Turku Castle. Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Santalahti Nature Trail and Lehman. Step off the beaten path and head to Stromforsin ruukki and Arboretum Mustila. When in Kotka, make a side trip to see Marian Kirkko in Hamina, approximately 30 minutes away. Spend the 15th (Mon) exploring nature at Valkmusa National Park. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of Linden Esplanade.
