Hanko is a bilingual port town and municipality on the south coast of Finland, 130km west of Helsinki. Take a break from the city and head to Bellevue Beach and Tulliniemi Nature Path. Museum-lovers will appreciate Jokioinen Museum Railway and Lotta Museum. Venture out of the city with trips to Fiskars museum (in Fiskars), Gumbostrand Konst & Form (in Sipoo) and Söderskärin majakka (in Porvoo). Spend the 4th (Tue) exploring nature at Teijo national park. Spend the 8th (Sat) exploring nature at Nuuksio National Park. Next up on the itinerary: pause for some serene contemplation at Nagu Church, explore the striking landscape of Ekenas Archipelago National Park, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Lohjan Pyhan Laurin Kirkko the Church of St Lawrence Lohja, and hike along Kurjenrahka National Park.
