An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Fri): take an in-depth tour of Arktikum. Here are some ideas for day two: get to know the resident critters at Ranua Zoo and then Head underground at Syvasenvaara Fell.

Copenhagen, Denmark to Rovaniemi is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and bus.
