Kemi

Kemi is a town and municipality of Finland. Your day by day itinerary now includes Icebreaker Sampo as well as Sea Lapland Safaris. Start off your visit on the 23rd (Thu): admire all the interesting features of Kemi SnowCastle and then visit Icebreaker Sampo. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 24th (Fri): join in the after-dark buzz at Sea Lapland Safaris and then add some adventure to your tour with Nordic Safaris.

Official Hometown of Santa Claus

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Go for a jaunt from Rovaniemi to Ranua to see Ranua Zoo about 1 hour away. And it doesn't end there: don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village, find something for the whole family at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, examine the collection at Christmas House Santa, and see Santa Claus Office.

Drive from Kemi to Rovaniemi in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. December in Rovaniemi sees daily highs of -6°C and lows of -13°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 27th (Mon) early enough to drive to Saariselka.

Saariselka

Outdoor pursuits--ranging from cross-country skiing and snowmobiling to reindeer safaris and chasing Northern Lights--draw the largest number of tourists to Saariselka.
Get out of town with these interesting Saariselka side-trips: Inari (Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center & Reindeer Farm Petri Mattus). Spend the 29th (Wed) exploring nature at Urho Kekkonen National Park. The adventure continues: hit the slopes at Saariselka Ski & Sport Resort and get in on the family fun at Angry Birds Activity Park.

Levi

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
