Muonio

Muonio is a municipality of Finland.The town is located in far northern Finland above the Arctic Circle on the country's western border, within the area of the former Lappi province. On the 5th (Sun), explore the striking landscape at Keimiotunturi Fell, explore the wealth of natural beauty at Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park, and then see the interesting displays at Muonion Kotiseutumuseo. On the 6th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take an exotic tour of a safari tour and then head outdoors with Seven Fells Up.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 8th (Wed): get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, see where the action happens at Lappi Areena, and then look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas.
