Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Visiting Aurinkolahti Beach and Hietaranta Beach will get you outdoors. Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali) are good opportunities to explore the local culture. There's much more to do: admire the striking features of Temppeliaukio Church, make a trip to Senate Square, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Helsinki Cathedral, and admire the masterpieces at Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma.

Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Start off your visit on the 25th (Fri): step into the grandiose world of Turku Castle, thenkick back and relax at Ispoinen Beach and Sauna, thenexamine the collection at Luostarinmaen Kasityolaismuseo, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Turku Cathedral. On the 26th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: browse the collection at Turku City Library, thenget engrossed in the history at Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova, and then identify plant and animal life at Kurjenrahka National Park.
