Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. On the 16th (Tue), identify plant and animal life at Arboretum Mustila, contemplate the long history of Hamina Fortress, admire the landmark architecture of Saint Peter and Saint Paul Cathedral, then look for all kinds of wild species at Riverside Park, and finally wander the streets of Linden Esplanade. On the 17th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: appreciate the extensive heritage of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, admire the striking features of Main Building of Military School, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Marian Kirkko, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. John's Church, then learn about all things military at Bunker Museum, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Pyhtaa Church of Saint Henry.
