Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Start off your visit on the 16th (Tue): look for all kinds of wild species at Arboretum Mustila, make a trip to Hamina Fortress, take in the spiritual surroundings of Saint Peter and Saint Paul Cathedral, then look for all kinds of wild species at Riverside Park, and finally go for a walk through Linden Esplanade. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: appreciate the extensive heritage of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, admire the landmark architecture of Main Building of Military School, pause for some serene contemplation at Marian Kirkko, then steep yourself in history at St. John's Church, then see the interesting displays at Bunker Museum, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Pyhtaa Church of Saint Henry.

Lisbon, Portugal to Kotka is an approximately 10.5-hour flight. You can also drive. The time zone changes from Western European Time (WET) to Eastern European Time (EET), which is usually a 2 hour difference.
