Oulu

Oulu is a city and municipality of inhabitants in the region of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral and Kauppahalli will appeal to history buffs. Take a break from the city and head to Nallikari Beach and Hupisaaret Park. Get out of town with these interesting Oulu side-trips: Kemi (Kemi Church & Lapponia Safaris - Day tours).
