An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 27th (Thu), find something for the whole family at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, see Santa Claus Office, and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village. Keep things going the next day: identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Rovaniemi Church, then take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, and finally don't miss a visit to Lordi's Square.

When in Levi, make a side trip to see Lapland Hotels SnowVillage in Kittila, approximately Kittila away. Spend the 30th (Sun) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort. Next up on the itinerary: bet on your favorite at Icekarting Levi, get engrossed in the history at Samiland, hit the slopes at Kids' Land, and get a taste of the local shopping with LUVATTUMAA - Levi Ice Gallery.
