Hämeenlinna is a city and municipality of about inhabitants in the heart of the historical province of Häme in the south of Finland. Start off your visit on the 9th (Fri): pause for some serene contemplation at Hameenlinna Church, contemplate the long history of Birthplace of Jean Sibelius, take a stroll around Hameenlinnan Kaupungin Raatihuone, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Holy Cross Church, and finally stroll around Aulanko.
