Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Visit Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and The Esplanadi Park for their historical value. Step out of the city life by going to Nuuksio National Park and Nature & Wildlife Tours. There's still lots to do: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Temppeliaukio Church, take in the spiritual surroundings of Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), step off the mainland to explore Vallisaari, and take an in-depth tour of Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum.
