Oulu is a city and municipality of inhabitants in the region of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. Get in touch with nature at Nallikari Beach and Superpark Oulu. Head to Pohjoisen Valokuvakeskus and Kauppahallifor plenty of shopping.
