Naantali is a town in south-western Finland, known as one of the most important tourist centres of the country. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Kylmapihlaja Lighthouse Island and Bonk Museum. Your inner history buff will appreciate The Church of the Holy Cross and Burial Site of Sammallahdenmaki. Explore Naantali's surroundings by going to Louhisaari Manor (in Askainen), Uusikaupunki (Uusikaupunki Old Church & Automobile Museum) and Rauma (Ruokapuoti Lumo, Rauman Merimuseo - Rauma Maritime Museum, & more). Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Get outdoors at Vepsa Island and Aurlahti Beach. Abo Akademi and Martinkirkko are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Turku: Pargas Church (in Parainen), Hanko (Tulliniemi Nature Path & Bellevue Beach) and Lohjan Pyhan Laurin Kirkko the Church of St Lawrence Lohja (in Lohja).
