Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Go for a jaunt from Helsinki to Espoo to see Nuuksio National Park about 48 minutes away. Pack the 27th (Tue) with family-friendly diversions at Linnanmaki Amusement Park. And it doesn't end there: admire the striking features of Temppeliaukio Church, get engrossed in the history at The National Museum of Finland, take in the spiritual surroundings of Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), and don't miss a visit to Senate Square.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
On the 30th (Fri), find something for the whole family at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, see Santa Claus Office, and then don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 1st (Sat): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Rovaniemi Church, look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, then take an in-depth tour of Arktikum, and finally make a trip to Lordi's Square.

Get out of town with these interesting Levi side-trips: Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park (in Muonio) and Lapland Hotels SnowVillage (in Kittila). Spend the 2nd (Sun) on two wheels at Levi Ski Resort.
