Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Turku Castle and Turku Cathedral. Shop till you drop at Kauppakeskus Mylly and Galleria Joella. Rovaniemi

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 9th (Sat): get engrossed in the history at Arktikum, then look for gifts at LAURI, then explore the different monuments and memorials at German Soldier s Cemetery, and finally take an exotic tour of a safari tour. On the next day, snap pictures at Lumberjack's Candle Bridge, then hit the slopes at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy, and then find something for the whole family at Santa Claus Village.
