An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kids will appreciate attractions like Santa Claus Village and Arktikum. Take a break from Rovaniemi with a short trip to Ranua Zoo in Ranua, about 1h 5 min away.
