Kick off your visit on the 7th (Fri): explore the historical opulence of Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, make a trip to Market Square Kauppatori, and then hunt for treasures at Hakaniemi Market. An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Step off the beaten path and head to SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus and Christmas House Santa. Kids will appreciate attractions like Rovaniemi Church and Forestry Museum of Lapland. Change things up with a short trip to Pyha-Luosto National Park in Pyhatunturi (about 1h 35 min away). And it doesn't end there: look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, explore the different monuments and memorials at German Soldier s Cemetery, enjoy some diversion at Santa Claus Office, and take an in-depth tour of Arktikum.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Sarestoniemi Museum and Keimioniemi Fishing Cabins. Take a break from the city and head to Kids' Land and Santa"s Cottage & Pet Farm.
