Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Bring the kids along to Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Katajanokka. Take a break from the city and head to Nuuksio National Park and Paavolan Tammi. Get out of town with these interesting Helsinki side-trips: Heureka (in Vantaa) and Arboretum Mustila (in Elimaki).
