An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Wed): take in the dramatic scenery at Auttikongas, identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas, thentake an in-depth tour of Arktikum, and finally get some fabulous bargains at Marttiini Store Old Factory. On your second day here, get in on the family fun at SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, thenhave fun at Santa Claus Office, and then make a trip to Santa Claus Village.
