Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Take a break from Kotka with a short trip to Repovesi National Park in Kouvola, about 1h 25 min away. And it doesn't end there: stroll through Riverside Park, get to know the fascinating history of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, trek along Santalahti Nature Trail, and admire the striking features of Varissaari - Fort Elisabeth.
