Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Mannerheim Museum will appeal to history buffs. Do some cultural sightseeing at Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum and Turku Cathedral. Kick off your visit on the 8th (Mon): get a new perspective on nature at Natural History Museum of Central Finland, then see the interesting displays at Finnish Air Force Museum, and then pause for some serene contemplation at Old Church of Keuruu.
