Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Appreciate the collections at Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Kansallisgalleria. Get some historical perspective at Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum and Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali). Get out of town with these interesting Helsinki side-trips: Fagervik Museum (in Inkoo) and Raseborg Castle (in Raseborg). There's much more to do: get engrossed in the history at The National Museum of Finland, admire the striking features of Temppeliaukio Church, take a stroll through Ullanlinna, and learn more about the world around you at Natural History Museum (Luonnontieteellinen Museo).

Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Kick off your visit on the 19th (Fri): gain insight at Turku Cathedral, then explore the historical opulence of Turku Castle, and then head off the coast to Vepsa Island. On the 20th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: shop like a local with Galleria Joella, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St Henry's Ecumenical Art Chappel, then pause for some serene contemplation at Naantali Church, and finally get in on the family fun at Vaski Adventure Island.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Start off your visit on the 21st (Sun): gear up at Levi Ski Resort. On the next day, explore the striking landscape at Keimiotunturi Fell and then explore the striking landscape of Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park.
