An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.

On the 5th (Thu), find something for the whole family at Sarkanniemi Theme Park. On the 6th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the striking features of Aleksanterin Kirkko, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Pyynikki observation tower, and then kick back and relax at Suolijarvi Beach.
