Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Get in touch with nature at Aurinkolahti Beach and Nuuksio National Park. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Helsinki: Linden Esplanade (in Kotka) and Runeberg Park (in Porvoo). There's lots more to do: step into the grandiose world of Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, take in the spiritual surroundings of Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), stop by Katajanokka, and admire the landmark architecture of Temppeliaukio Church.

Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Get in touch with nature at Bellevue Beach and Vepsa Island. Take a break from Turku with a short trip to Mathildedalin Kylapanimo in Salo, about 1h 10 min away. Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Take a break from the city and head to Levi Ski Resort and Yllas Ski Resort. Step out of Levi to go to Muonio and see Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park, which is approximately 58 minutes away. The adventure continues: join the crowd at Icekarting Levi and identify plant and animal life at Santa"s Cottage & Pet Farm.
