Start off your visit on the 5th (Thu): pause for some serene contemplation at Church of the Holy Cross, Rauma, then get to know the fascinating history of Old Rauma, then kick back and relax at Herrainpaivat Beach, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Yyteri Beach. Although predominately an industrial town, Imatra boasts a long and impressive history of tourism, largely owing to its fierce rapids, considered to have been Finland's first ever tourist attraction.

Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Arboretum Mustila and Hiidenvuori. Visiting Riverside Park and Santalahti Nature Trail will get you outdoors. Change things up with a short trip to Valkmusa National Park in Siltakyla (about 30 minutes away).
