You can fly from Saariselka to Levi in 3.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. In May in Levi, expect temperatures between 11°C during the day and 1°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Wed) so you can drive to Rovaniemi.

Rovaniemi

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 13th (Thu): make a trip to Lordi's Square, then see exotic creatures in open habitats at Ranua Zoo, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Rovaniemi Church.
