Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Helsinki is known for historic sites, shopping, and museums. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: explore the historical opulence of Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), don't miss a visit to Senate Square, and find something for the whole family at Linnanmaki Amusement Park.

Krakow, Poland to Helsinki is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or drive. The time zone difference moving from Central European Time to Eastern European Time is 1 hour. Expect little chillier weather when traveling from Krakow in June: highs in Helsinki hover around 21°C, while lows dip to 11°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 1st (Wed) so you can drive to Turku.

Turku

Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Venture out of the city with trips to Rauma (Old Rauma & Kirsti - Sailor's Home Museum). There's still lots to do: explore the historical opulence of Turku Castle, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Turku Cathedral, have some family-friendly fun at Moomin World, and wander the streets of Naantali Old Town.

You can drive from Helsinki to Turku in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. July in Turku sees daily highs of 24°C and lows of 13°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 4th (Sat) early enough to travel to Rovaniemi.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
When in Rovaniemi, make a side trip to see Pyha-Luosto National Park in Pyhatunturi, approximately Pyhatunturi away. Traveling by flight from Turku to Rovaniemi takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or drive. In July, plan for daily highs up to 22°C, and evening lows to 13°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Tue) early enough to travel to Joensuu.

Joensuu is a city and municipality in North Karelia in the province of Eastern Finland. Explore Joensuu's surroundings by going to Lieksa (Paateri, Patvinsuon Kansallispuisto, &more) and Koli Shop Retkitupa (in Koli). Next up on the itinerary: explore the activities along Pielinen, trek along Kolinuuron kierros Nature Trail, stroll through Paha-Koli Hill, and take in panoramic vistas at Rasavaara Observation tower.

Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Get out of town with these interesting Kotka side-trips: Kouvola (Repovesi National Park & Niivermaki Nature Conservation Area).
