Oulu

Oulu is a city and municipality of inhabitants in the region of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral and Oulun Automuseo. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Outdoors Oulu Oy and Turkansaaren Ulkomuseo. Take a break from Oulu with a short trip to Raahe Museum in Raahe, about 1h 5 min away. There's lots more to do: stroll through Hupisaaret Park, admire the landmark architecture of Oulu Cathedral, contemplate the waterfront views at Koitelinkoski, and see the interesting displays at Pohjois-Pohjanmaan museo.
