Inari is Finland's largest, most sparsely populated municipality, with four official languages, more than any other in the country. Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church and Saint Tryphon Pechenga Orthodox Church will appeal to history buffs. Take a break from the city and head to Lapland Safaris Saariselka and Juutua Nature Trail. Step out of Inari with an excursion to Shamaan Design - Lappi Shop in Saariselka--about 1h 5 min away. The adventure continues: examine the collection at Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center, pause for some serene contemplation at Saariselka S:t Paulus Chapel, get outside with Lake Inari, and experience rural life at Tuula's Reindeer.
