Start off your visit on the 15th (Sun): contemplate the waterfront views at Saimaa Canal, head off the coast to Lammassaari Island, and then admire the sheer force of Imatra Waterfall. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: explore the historical opulence of Sandcastle Lappeenranta, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Taipalsaaren kirkko, then explore the striking landscape at Kummakivi Boulder, and finally step off the mainland to explore Malonsaari.
