Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Start off your visit on the 14th (Wed): identify plant and animal life at Niivermaki Nature Conservation Area, look for all kinds of wild species at Arboretum Mustila, then make a trip to Linden Esplanade, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. On your second day here, contemplate the long history of Stromforsin Ruukki, stroll around Riverside Park, and then hike along Santalahti Nature Trail.
