Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Start off your visit on the 11th (Tue): explore the striking landscape of Kurjenrahka National Park and then trek along The Archipelago Trail. Here are some ideas for day two: pause for some serene contemplation at Archangel Michael's church, work off some steam at Ispoinen Beach and Sauna, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Vepsa Island.
