Kotka

Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Maritime Centre Vellamo and Valkmusa National Park. Change things up with a short trip to Niivermaki Nature Conservation Area in Kouvola (about 56 minutes away). The adventure continues: stroll around Sapokka Water Garden, tour the pleasant surroundings at Varissaari - Fort Elisabeth, hike along Santalahti Nature Trail, and identify plant and animal life at Riverside Park.
