Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Get some cultural insight at Kotka Church and Main Building of Military School. Visiting Riverside Park and Santalahti Nature Trail will get you outdoors. When in Kotka, make a side trip to see Marian Kirkko in Hamina, approximately 42 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: have fun at Katariina Seaside Park, take in the spiritual surroundings of Saint Peter and Saint Paul Cathedral, steep yourself in history at Langinkoski Imperial Fishing Lodge Museum, and wander the streets of Linden Esplanade.
