An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Take a break from the city and head to Ranua Zoo and Kopara Reindeer Park. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Arktikum and Nature & Wildlife Tours. Kemi is a town and municipality of Finland. Kick off your visit on the 9th (Tue): take in the spiritual surroundings of Kemi Church and then step into the grandiose world of Kemi SnowCastle. On the 10th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: head off the coast to Perameren Kansallispuisto, then explore the activities along Kukkolankoski, then cast your line with Nordic Safaris, and finally get engrossed in the history at The Provincial Museum Of Tornio Valley.

You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Nature & Wildlife Tours and Saariselka Ski & Sport Resort. Get outdoors at Urho Kekkonen National Park and Juutua Nature Trail. Get out of town with these interesting Saariselka side-trips: Inari (Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center & Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church).
