Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Riverside Park and Sapokka Water Garden. Change things up with a short trip to Tykkimaki Amusement Park in Kouvola (about 48 minutes away). There's lots more to do: get engrossed in the history at Langinkoski Imperial Fishing Lodge Museum, see the interesting displays at Maritime Centre Vellamo, stroll around Sibelius Park, and let the kids burn off some steam at Katariina Seaside Park.
