On the shores of the country's largest lake system, Lappeenrata serves as the economic and cultural center of southeast Finland.
Explore Lappeenranta's surroundings by going to Ruokolahti (Ruokolahden Kirkko, Ruokolahden Kellotapuli, &more), Ylamaa Gem Society (in Ylamaa) and Imatra (Imatrankoski Church, Imatran Spa, &more).
