Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Take a break from the city and head to Repovesi National Park and Saimaa Canal. Get some historical perspective at Stromforsin ruukki and Joutsenon kirkko. When in Kotka, make a side trip to see German Self-Propelled Gun StuG III in Hamina, approximately 30 minutes away. Spend the 3rd (Mon) exploring nature at Valkmusa National Park.
