Take a break from the city and head to Hatanpaa Arboretum and Rauhaniemi Beach. Step out of Tampere with an excursion to Hame Castle in Haemeenlinna--about 1h 15 min away. see Sarkanniemi Theme Park. And it doesn't end there: enjoy breathtaking views from Pyynikki Park and Observation Tower, examine the collection at Spy Museum, head off the coast to Viikinsaari Island, and make a trip to Nasinneula Tower.
