Get in touch with nature at Levi Ski Resort and Pakasaivo. Tel Aviv, Israel to Levi is an approximately 15.5-hour flight. Prepare for much colder weather when traveling from Tel Aviv in February: high temperatures in Levi hover around -3°C and lows are around -10°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Tue) so you can catcht the bus to Rovaniemi.

Rovaniemi

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Escape the urban bustle at Auttikongas and Pyhatunturi. Venture out of the city with trips to Ranua Zoo (in Ranua), Luosto (Amethyst Mine Lapland & Kopara Reindeer Park) and Kemi (Sampo Icebreaker & Kemin Jalokivigalleria (Kemi Gemstone Gallery)). And it doesn't end there: find something for the whole family at Santa Claus Village, don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Office, stroll the grounds of German Soldier s Cemetery, and browse the different shops at Arctic Circle Mall.

You can take a bus from Levi to Rovaniemi in 2.5 hours. Another option is to drive. In March in Rovaniemi, expect temperatures between -2°C during the day and -11°C at night. On the 18th (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Saariselka.
