Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. You'll explore and learn at Art Centre Salmela and Salpa Line Museum. Visiting Beach Mansikkalahti and Hiidenvuori will get you outdoors. Get out of town with these interesting Kotka side-trips: Arboretum Mustila (in Elimaki) and Marian Kirkko (in Hamina). There's much more to do: wander the streets of Linden Esplanade, walk around Riverside Park, pause for some serene contemplation at St. John's Church, and get to know the fascinating history of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church.
