Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. You'll explore and learn at Art Centre Salmela and Salpa Line Museum. Visiting Beach Mansikkalahti and Riverside Park will get you outdoors. Get out of town with these interesting Kotka side-trips: Hiidenvuori (in Iitti), Marian Kirkko (in Hamina) and Arboretum Mustila (in Elimaki). There's much more to do: wander the streets of Linden Esplanade, appreciate the extensive heritage of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, stroll through Santalahti Nature Trail, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. John's Church.
