Kotka is a city and municipality of Finland.Kotka is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of Kymi River and it is part of the Kymenlaakso region in southern Finland. Escape the urban bustle at Beach Mansikkalahti and Santalahti Nature Trail. Step out of Kotka to go to Kouvola and see Repovesi National Park, which is approximately 1h 25 min away. Spend the 12th (Thu) exploring nature at Valkmusa National Park. And it doesn't end there: take in nature's colorful creations at Fuksinpuisto Park, step off the mainland to explore Haapasaari Island, and admire the striking features of Sunila Residential Area by Alvar Aalto.
