Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Attractions like Turku Castle and Aavameri make great kid-friendly stops. Get out of town with these interesting Turku side-trips: Tammelan kirkko (in Tammela), St Olaf's Church in Tyrvaa (in Sastamala) and Talonpoikaismuseo Yli-Kirra (in Punkalaidun). The adventure continues: take a stroll through Naantali Old Town, learn more about the world around you at Forssa Museum of Natural History, enjoy the sea views from Kylmapihlaja Lighthouse Island, and get engrossed in the history at Forssa Museum.

Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Family-friendly places like Temppeliaukio Church and Sea Fortress Suomenlinna will thrill your kids.
